Errr...
At the mo the Uni-paderborn server isn't accepting anonymous logins
(BUMMER). However, all the files in that archive are mirrored at
src.doc.ic.ac.uk, in the directory computing/systems/atari/uni-
paderborn. Therefore the new path is..
computing/systems/atari/uni-paderborn/tools/acc/st-guide
the file is called..
st-gui06.lzh
and the tools are in
stg-ut06.lzh
Actually, it might be worth waiting for Joe Connor's fully translated
version to appear before you plaster it all over the net. No point having
two versions of the thing knocking around, is there?
